These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed here.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Products & Fragrance Disclaimer

All our perfumes are handcrafted, oil-based fragrances created by our team.

Our perfumes include celebrity-inspired and signature-style blends, but we do not claim affiliation with any designer or celebrity brand.

Perfume performance varies based on skin type, weather, environment, and personal usage habits.

Product images and descriptions are for representation; slight variations in color, packaging, and scent concentration may occur.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments can be made through the methods available at checkout on the website (UPI, cards, wallets, COD—if enabled).

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (except COD orders).

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days after confirmation.

Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location (generally 7–10 working days).

Delays caused by courier partners, festivals, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link.

No Refund & No Exchange Policy

We follow a strict No Refund and No Exchange policy once the product is delivered.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Personal preference (liking/disliking the fragrance)

Longevity or performance dissatisfaction

Incorrect order placed by the customer

Allergic reactions

Change of mind

Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Products — Replacement Policy

We provide a replacement only if the product is received damaged.

To qualify for a replacement, the customer must meet all conditions below:

Mandatory Requirements
  1. Unboxing video is compulsory

    • The video must show the intact package, courier label, opening of the parcel, and the damaged product clearly.

    • No replacement will be processed without the unboxing video.

  2. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

    • After 48 hours, claims will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  3. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Process for Replacement
  • Email us at support@dreamvoyagefragrances.shop with:

    • Order ID

    • Unboxing video

    • Photos of the damage

    • Description of the issue

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same product.

  • No refund or exchange is provided—only replacement for genuine transit damage.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
