At Dream Voyage Fragrances, we aim to deliver your perfumes safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once shipped, orders typically take 7–10 working days to be delivered, depending on your location.

Metro cities may receive orders faster, whereas remote or rural locations may require extra time.

We ship through trusted and reputed courier partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We follow a strict No Refund and No Exchange policy once the product is delivered.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Personal preference (liking/disliking the fragrance)

Longevity or performance dissatisfaction
